Long Johns 400 Protection

Description

The Protection Long Johns mid layer is a thicker garment (400g) used to increase insulation between the Protection base layer and the wind and water resistant outer layer. Woolpower Long Johns Protection 400 is made from Woolpower’s Protection 400 fabric combining merino wool with aramide, beltron and elastane to provide Flame Resistance, Antistatic and Electric Arc protection.

Woolpower Protection 400 has an extremely high ATPV value of 34.3 cal/cm².

The Long Johns are made of circular knit fabric with terry loops with no lengthwise seams, so no rubbing or chaffing. The gusset in the back ensures optimal comfort. Cuffs are knitted in to provide snug fit.

Mid Layer garments are usually used at lower temperatures and lower activity levels.
